We couldn't do it without our mentors. Use your musicianship to give back to the community by teaching music lessons as a Tempo Tutor.
Tempo Tutors provide instruction for the musical instrument of their specialty through a combination of online and in-person lessons. Online lessons are scheduled around tutors' availability, while in-person lessons are held at designated in-person slots.
Executive Team Member Positions

President
The president oversees Note by Note's plans, events, and services.
As the leader of the executive team, the president communicates with both students, executive members, community partners, and Tempo Tutors alike to ensure that the mission of Note by Note is accomplished.

Vice President
The vice president works closely with the president to ensure that the executive team is kept on track for success. The vice president oversees that all services run smoothly and goals are accomplished.

Lesson Manager
Lesson Manager supervises the planning and execution of lessons. They are expected to communicate with parents about upcoming lessons and any scheduling changes that might need to occur, as well as collect feedback from students and parents. They ensure that Tempo Tutors' schedules are in order.

Treasurer
The treasurer organizes Note by Note's funds. Treasurers carefully plan and monitor the organization's budget. They work closely with the Fundraising manager to plan ahead and make sure the organization has enough money to continue supporting music education.

Fundraising Manager
A Fundraising Manager would be in charge of organizing fundraisers and drives to support Note by Note. This includes fundraisers to raise money and may open up to music and instrument drives later on.

Communications Manager
The Communications Manager is asked to manage advertisements and organize community outreach. They would be tasked with writing newsletters, and speaking with partners about Note by Note events. The Communications Manager works closely with the Social Media Manager to create materials to promote Note by Note.

Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager supports Note by Note by promoting the organization through social media. They are expected to be available to take pictures for events, and regularly update Note by Note accounts for information on our events and services. Social Media Manager works closely with the Communications Manager to create materials to spread to word about Note by Note.
